Anasua Exchange, Returns & Refund Policy 

  • No Returns or Exchanges: All Purchases are Final. We do not accept exchanges or returns on any purchases, except in the case of defective items. 

  • Reporting Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please report it to our customer service within 3 days of receipt. Please note, reports of defects made after this period will not be accommodated. 

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to accommodate cancellation requests beyond this timeframe. 

  • Size Exchanges: Please take careful note of your measurements before making a purchase as we do offer complimentary size exchange on your first order. Check the size guide provided for each product to ensure a perfect fit. 
  • Refunds via Store Credits: In the rare event that a refund is necessary, it will be issued in the form of store credits only. Please note that delivery and service fees are non-refundable. 

  • Discount Codes: It is the responsibility of the customer to apply any applicable discount codes at the time of purchase. If a discount code is not applied or is missed, the order cannot be cancelled or adjusted to include the discount.

At Anasua, we are a young budding label committed to reducing wastage and minimizing our carbon footprint. As such, we operate under stricter return and exchange policies. We produce our designs in small quantities to ensure quality and to reduce overproduction. We diligently adhere to a standardized in-house sizing protocol during the design process of our garments. This ensures that all our products are consistently true to the measurements provided in our sizing guide. By doing so, we aim to eliminate any concerns regarding fit and assure our valued customers that the garments they purchase will align perfectly with the measurements outlined in our charts.

Our proactive approach in eliminating size exchanges due to incorrect measurements and by customers having to verify their measurements before making a purchase, we can significantly minimize the logistical carbon footprint associated with unnecessary returns and exchanges together.
