Shipping & Delivery Rates 

At Anasua, we pride ourselves on our prompt manufacturing process and can guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment within the timeline mentioned in the product description. However, the subsequent delivery timeline, is subject to our third-party logistics provider. As such, we are unable to provide a definitive guarantee on this aspect. 

It's important to note that while we are dedicated to creating beautiful fashion pieces, our core competence is not in logistics. Therefore, the quality and timing of the delivery services, which are managed by a separate entity, are beyond our control. While we make every effort to collaborate with industry-leading delivery partners, any potential delays in the shipment process do not reflect our commitment to timely service. 

We understand that timely delivery is crucial to our customers, and it is not in our best interest to have shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding that our role is primarily to provide you with high-quality fashion, while logistics are handled by a specialized third party.  

Once your order has been approved by the quality check team, your order will be dispatched promptly and be notified with a tracking code to track your orders.

Please note that the number of days required for delivery reflected in the table below are working days and not inclusive of weekends and/ or public holidays in India and the Destination's Country.

Orders placed after 6PM Indian Time (UTC+05:30) will be regarded as next day order. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on Monday.
